Conversion of agro-wastes into edible mushroom Pleurotus flabellatus (Berk. Et. Br.) Sacc.
Twenty two locally available agro-wastes (Sugarcane trash and bagasse, corn cob, maize stalk, paddy straw, barley straw, pea straw, lentil straw, gram straw, congo pea straw, soybean straw, sorghum straw, brassica stem and hull, banana pseudostem, groundnut shell, tobacco stem, brinjal stem, okra stem, tomato stem, pumpkin stem and chilly stem) were evaluated against commercially utilized wheat straw for yield performance of Pleurotus flabellatus (Berk.
