The leaves of Desmodium gangeticum DC. were found infected by Parodiella hedysari (Schw.) Hughes. The plants were collected from Mani Parvat area of Ayodhya (Faizabad). The specimen has been deposited in the Herbarium, Commonwealth Mycological Institute, England (IMI 210656). and in the Mycological herbarium, Botany Department, K>S.S. P.G.
